3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped capers

Tabasco to taste

A pinch of sea Salt and pepper

Ingredients Directions
  1. 1CHECKUNCHECK 1. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside. 2. Grind the beef with a knife or crank grinder with a medium-sized grinding plate. 2. In a bowl, combine the dressing, ground beef, red onion or shallots, egg yolk and parsley. Adjust the seasoning. 3. Serve cold with toasted bread.
