Perfect pan seared Sirloin
A sirloin steak comes from close to the cow's rump. Because it's taken from a fairly well-used muscle, sirloin is not known to be particularly tender. Although our 100% Wagyu sirloins are significantly more tender, we still recommend marinating this cut of meat and only cooking to medium rare. Our Sirloins contain 15 to 25% marbling fat. When cooked, it provides for a delightfully rich and fulfilling experience. Remember, Wagyu steak has it own marbling coating. Adding butter or oil will introduce flavours that can mask or conflict with the delicate taste of 100% Wagyu.
