OUR LOCATIONOur farm is located in Quebec at the Canada-United States border between the Trout and Chateauguay rivers. The serene landscape provides an idyllic environment for raising cattle in accordance with the old Japanese techniques and traditions. Our cattle graze in pesticide-free pastures and feed off of locally sourced hay, barley, and hops. The use of locally sustainable resources combined with mindful animal care, are examples of our approaches which helps in delivering a consistently delicious end product.
All of our beef comes from Full Blood Japanese Black Wagyu Cattle that are genetically traceable back to Japan.
This is Buck, the patriarch of our herd who is a full-blood Black horned Wagyu. Our current and future lineal descent is and will derive from Buck and other full-blood Japonese Wagyu.
